We employed Atherton’s to market and sell a cottage which had belonged to a much-loved, deceased relative. The valuation and marketing of the property were professionally managed in a descriptive style through excellent photography and prose. In the event, the sale proved difficult because of problems created by the prospective buyer. In spite of the fact that the buyer had not made use of Atherton’s excellent service, the staff gave up their valuable time in sorting out a range of issues, and ultimately the sale was concluded. The approach of all the staff was very professional, efficient and effective. When we visited the Whalley office, we were always made welcome, and came away feeling that progress had been made. Without their assistance and encouragement we may well have pulled out of the sale.
