John is our dedicated chartered surveyor, fully qualified to provide valuations for land, rural properties, building plots and more. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he works to strict professional regulations and guidelines.

Jim has been working within the property industry since 2013 with a background in residential surveying and valuation. He currently manages all residential sales and valuations from the Whalley office, alongside his day-to-day work as Director.
