Athertons Property & Land was founded in 1994 by John Atherton, a chartered surveyor and MRICS member. Today, we operate from two offices — Whalley and Barrowford — serving the Ribble Valley and wider Lancashire market with a team of 12 experienced professionals.
In 2024, we merged with Anderton Bosonnet, bringing together decades of combined expertise. Our team includes specialists with 17–30+ years of local market experience, including Russell Anderton (30+ years in Ribble Valley), Helen Jones (17 years), and Angela Lorek (20+ years with Anderton Bosonnet since 2001).
