Due to the really quite dreadful service from our buyers solicitors, I relied on Athertons so much to be proactive in he whole extended process. Jim was continually there to support me, and put the required pressure not just on our buyers solicitor, but also on the one further up the chain. I'm sure normally such efforts aren't necessary (nor they should be) but they certainly were in this case. On the odd occasian I couldn' reach Jim, Tom and Laura were always helpful and ready to step in to assist. So many thanks needed. I'm sure our buyers were also appreciative of the active role Jim played in getting them into their new home.
